NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE

The City of Royal has issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

The City of Royal has issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Approximate 5,000 SF building addition at the west end of the existing High School Classroom wing. The addition will also include modifications of existing sidewalks and addition of new sidewalks as well as minor landscape revisions and an approximate 42,000 SF building to be constructed and connected to the existing 6 classroom pod. The project will also include modifications of existing sidewalks and addition of new sidewalks, new parking areas as well as minor landscape revisions and a new playground area.

After review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the City, the City has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant impact on the environment.
