NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD October 21, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension request from the Grant County Auditor for the following funds, due to unanticipated revenue when preparing the 2013 County budget:
