NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 57.28.070 the Franklin County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing and invitation for comment on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 9:15 am Pacific Standard Time in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room located in the Franklin County Courthouse at 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington, having received Franklin County Fire Protection District No. 2 Resolution No. 4-2013, a petition and findings approving withdrawal of territory from the fire protection district.
