Sealed Bids from Bidders pre-qualified pursuant to RCW 54.04.085 will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Ephrata, Washington until 2:30 P.M. on December 12, 2013 for Labor and Materials to Vacuum Oil Fill Four (4) Power Transformers as more fully described in Contract Documents 130-3683H-R.
