Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Review application and SEPA checklist were received on 10/14/13 from Wilbur-Ellis Co., PO Box 511, Yuba City, CA 95992, (Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 North Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA) and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 11/13/13. PROJECT: To build a new building to be used as a dry fertilizer storage and distribution hub on an 11.23 acre parcel in the Rural Light Industrial Zone. There is an existing building on-site being used for dry fertilizer storage. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit, Variance. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The property is located on Road 1.3 SE at the intersection with Road O SE. The site is located in the north half of Section 9, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #s 18-0115-001, 18-0112-000, 18-0111-000, 18-0115-000, 18-0114-000, 18-0113-001(parcels are in the process of being consolidated). ZONING: Rural Light Industrial. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the UDC. Any person has right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request copy of final decision, and/or appeal decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on above listed materials.
