PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 10 acres in order to create two (2) lots from 1 existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on June 06, 2013 from Sergio Barragan and Araceli Lopez (Designated Contact: Rian Allred, P.O. Box 876, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on November 20, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 10 acres in order to create two (2) lots from 1 existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is approximately 5 acres in size and will be used for residential purposes; there is a residence on this site. Lot 2 is approximately 5 acres in size and will be used for residential purposes; the site is vacant. STUDIES REQUIRED: Burrowing Owl Study LOCATION: The site is located approximately 5.0 miles southeast of Royal City, WA, on Crook Dr. SW in the SE quarter of the NE quarter of Section 14, Township 16 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #07-1390-001). PRESENT ZONING: Rural Residential 1 PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
