The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 13-12 Replacing Appendix S of Chapter 12.08 of the Royal City Municipal Code Entitled "Sewer Service System" Relating to Sewer Rates. This ordinance was passed on the 19th day of November, 2013, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law.
