Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit application received by Grant County on November 12, 2013 from Kevin Weber (Nine Mile Property, LLC, 801 S Frontage Rd. East, Moses Lake, WA 98837, was found to be technically complete on November 13, 2013. PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit to enable construction of a 70-ft. x 150-ft. aircraft hangar/shop/office space on an approximately 23-acre parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. The subject parcel is adjacent to the private runway used for crop-dusting business. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 801 S Frontage Rd. E, Moses Lake, WA. It is located approximately 7 miles west of Moses Lake and south of 1-90. The site is located in the Northern portion of Section 31, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #16-1590-010 & 31-1827-000). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting tentatively scheduled at 12:00 noon, January 08, 2014, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
