Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 11/01/13 from Duane & Lois Bird (Contact: Jeff Curtis & Associates, PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on 11/08/13. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of a 173.4 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 will be 165.06 acres and has two existing farm worker houses, a well, and septic system. Lot 2 will be 3.25 acres and has one residence and related AG structures. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is 23432 Rd. G NW, located in the NW corner of the intersection of Rd. 24 SW and Rd. G SW. The property is located in the SE ? of Section 35, Township 25 North, Range 25 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #19-0095-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
