An ordinance amending Chapter 18.06 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Definitions”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which defines a marijuana retailer.

This ordinance, which was passed on November 12, 2013 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
