Sealed Bids from Bidders who are pre-qualified pursuant to RCW 54.04.085 will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Ephrata, Washington until 2:30 P.M. on December 4, 2013 for West Quincy Substation 3rd & 4th Lineup Construction as more fully described in Contract Documents 130-3699H.
