NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD November 25, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding the recommendation of the Grant County Treasurer to decrease the Turnkey Lighting District parcel assessment rate for 2014 from $22.00 to $20.00 per parcel; and to increase the Hillcrest Lighting District parcel assessment rate for 2014 from $17.00 to $18.00 per parcel.
