NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Vaughn Hunsaker of Moses Lake, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the point of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. 747-D(B).

That Certificate No. 747-D(B) authorizes the withdrawal of 105 gallons per minute, 22 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 4.85 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well located within Tract No. 7 of Stade Orchards Tracts, Sec. 19, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M.

That he proposes to change the point of withdrawal to the N1/2SW1/4 of Sec. 19, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M.

All within Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from November 27, 2013.
