NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Sandra Steele, 1117 Road 52, Pasco, WA 99301 for a zoning designation change, ZC 2013-03. Said application is to rezone approximately 4.1 acres of land from Retail Business (C-1) and Office (O) to Residential Suburban 20,000 (RS-20). The land is located within the City of Pasco’s Urban Growth Area Boundary.

The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Parcel Number 119-542-031 located in Section 26, Township 9 North, Range 29, East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington and Parcel Number 119-542-013 located in Section 26, Township 9 North, Range 29, East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington.

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The properties are located along the east side of Road 52 and along the south side of Court Street near the southeast intersection of Road 52 and Court Street near site address 5016 W Court Street (Parcel Number 119-542-031 and 119-542-013).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on December 3, 2013 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerened may appear and present any support for or objections to the application. Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning Department, 1016 North 4th, Pasco, Washington 99301.
