ON APPLICATION FOR FRANCHISE

TO FALCON VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS, L.P.

CABLE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for franchise to Falcon Video Communications, L.P., has been filed in the office of the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County requesting a franchise to construct, operate, and maintain a Cable Communications System located along all county roads located in the “Service Area” being all that portion of Township 8 North, Range 30 East W.M., Township 9 North, Range 28 East W.M., Township 9 North, Range 29 East W.M. and Township 9 North, Range 30 East W.M. in Franklin County, Washington. Said franchise would be in affect for a period of 10 years from adoption date of said franchise.

THEREFORE, it is ordered by the Board that the hearing on said franchise will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County at their office at the Courthouse in Pasco, Washington, on the 4th day of December, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
