The Moses Lake School District is soliciting proposals from parties interested in leasing approximately 135 acres of farm land identified as Unit 175, Block 40, Grant County, Moses Lake, Washington

• Duration of lease is anticipated to be three years with the possibility of two, one year extensions.

• Site has what is understood to be functioning electrical panel and pump, but no warranty offered as to the continued functionality of this equipment and necessary replacement of equipment to be at the expense of the lessee.

• Lessee to supply irrigation equipment

• Lessee to pay all water costs

• Lessee to maintain all equipment
