Dutch Bros. holds Veteran's Day Fundraiser

MOSES LAKE - Coffee drinkers can help support injured service members by visiting the Moses Lake Dutch Bros. on Monday.
The drive-thru espresso stand is holding a Veteran's Day fundraiser, and will donate $1 from every drink to the Wounded Warrior Project. Dutch Bros. locations in Sunnyside, Pasco, Kennewick, Walla Walla and the Wenatchee Valley are also participating in the fundraiser.
The Wounded Warrior Project was founded in 2003 to help the injured service men and women of this generation, according to the WWP website.
The organization maintains an office in Seattle, among other locations around the country.
Dutch Bros. Coffee co-founder Travis Boersma said the fundraiser is the company's way of saying "thank you" to all the veterans and active-duty military who have sacrificed to protect the country's freedom.
"I have so much appreciation for the men and women who have served our country and given us this beautiful place to live, the United States of America," he said in a recent statement.
Dutch Bros. is located at 121 N. Stratford Rd.
They are open from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday.
