NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE

Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Real Property Tax Judgment and Order of Sale entered by the Grant County Superior Court on the 1st day of November, 2013, in proceedings for foreclosure of tax liens upon real property, as provided by law, I shall on the 15th day of November, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., in the Grant County Commissioner’s Hearing Room, in the city of Ephrata, Grant Coun-ty, Washington sell the lands or lots described on the Foreclosure Parcel List. A copy of the list is provided free of charge beginning Monday, November 11th, 2013 at the Treasurer’s Office on the second floor of the Grant County Courthouse. Lands or lots are sold to the highest and best bidder for cash, to satisfy the full amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and costs adjudged to be due thereon, as listed in the foreclosure parcel list which can be viewed under the Treasurer’s tab on the homepage of the County website - gantcountyweb.com
