Reader weighs in on I-517

At the October Grant County Democrats (GCD) meeting those in attendance unanimously voted to urge a NO vote on Initiative 517. What could be more democratic than our state's initiative process?!! But Initiative 517, if passed, would trample on property rights and it might well encourage some petition gatherers to be excessively aggressive.
