NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD November 14, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider an Ordinance imposing a six month moratorium on the establishment, location, permitting, licensing, or operation of marijuana production, process, and retail to the extent authorized by Initiative 502 or applicable law.
