Grant Integrated Services is requesting proposals to provide shower repairs at its Cityview Assisted Living Facility, located at 836 E. Plum, Moses Lake, Washington, 98837. Grant Integrated Services will enter into a contract with a contractor selected as part of this RFP process in June 2013.

Requests for Proposals may be picked up at Grant Integrated Services located at 840 E. Plum, Moses Lake, Washington, beginning May 28, 2013 or via the Grant County Website at www.grantcountyweb.us.

The deadline for proposals is 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013. An original proposal and three photocopies must be submitted as shown below in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “Proposals for Shower Repairs”. Late proposals and/or proposals submitted via e-mail or

facsimile will not be accepted.
