PROJECT: Vacation of the 10-ft. utility easements centered 5 ft. on each side of the common internal property lines of Lots 3 through 9 and Tract 999 of Lakeshores West Major Plat No. 2.

Notice is hereby given that a Utility Easement Extinguishment/Alteration application received by Grant County on May 16, 2013 from Lakeshores West LLC (Designated Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 N. Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226), was found to be technically complete on May 20, 2013. PROJECT: Vacation of the 10-ft. utility easements centered 5 ft. on each side of the common internal property lines of Lots 3 through 9 and Tract 999 of Lakeshores West Major Plat No. 2. This proposal also includes the relocation of easements to new property lines. A Boundary Line Adjustment (#1125) is being processed in conjunction with this proposal. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: Utility Locate. LOCATION: The subject area is an approximately 5.1-acre portion of eight (8) existing parcels known as Tract 999 and Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of Lakeshores West Major Plat No. 2. The subject area is located south of Road 2.4 NE between the intersection of Valley Road NE and Road 2.4 NE and the intersection of Road 2.4 NE and Road H.4 NE, and in the SW quarter of Section 21, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #12-0294-302, #12-0294-303, #12-0294-304, #12-0294-305, #12-0294-306, #12-0294-307, #12-0294-308, & #12-0294-309). PRESENT ZONING: Urban Residential 2. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
