DETERMINATION OF NON SIGNIFICANCE (DNS)

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) North Central Region proposes to install 100 foot (120 Ft. with lightning rod) radio tower at its Moses Lake Maintenance Facility.

Description of current proposal:

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) North Central Region proposes to install 100 foot (120 Ft. with lightning rod) radio tower at its Moses Lake Maintenance Facility.

Proponent:

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).

Location of proposal:

The proposed tower will be located at the existing WSDOT maintenance facility on the southeast corner of the main building, 2381 Ramm Road, Moses Lake, WA 98837, SW1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 19 N, Range 28 E, W.M., Grant County, Washington.

Lead Agency:

WSDOT, North Central Region.

The lead agency for this proposal has determined that the proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
