Material Lease Changes

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of Orchard/Vineyard Lease No. 12-A69300 leased to Jack Jones and described as a portion of Section 36, Township 21 North, Range 24 East, W.M., Grant County containing 372 acres. The specific change being made is to add a water use agreement to the terms of the contract and amends terms to reflect current permitted uses.
