Jonathan Lewis Jones

Jonathan Lewis Jones, 28, of Moses Lake area, passed away Monday, May 13, 2013, in Moses Lake. He was born in Spokane, Washington to Paul Lewis Jones and Athena Renee Jones (Haney-Feltus) on October 10, 1984, along with his twin brother Joshua.

He graduated from Moses Lake High School and attended classes at Big Bend Community College. He was employed at Genie Industries for 6 ? years.

Jonathan was gifted mechanically and enjoyed working on vehicles and electronics. His favorite things to do were being in the country, camping, shooting guns, 4-wheeling, flying, and spending time with family and friends, especially the light of his life, his new daughter Karlin. He enjoyed singing karaoke with his friends and was in several singing contests, the most recent was with the X-Factor.

He is survived by his daughter Karlin, his father Paul Lewis Jones of North Dakota, his mother Athena Haney- Feltus of Clayton, Washington, his sister Melody Turner of Riverside, Washington, his brothers Joshua Jones of Moses Lake, Jordan Jones of Moses Lake, Jared Jones of Moses Lake, and sisters Topanga and Savanah Haney of Clayton, Washington, and his grandmothers Fridel Jones of Warden and Noreta Haney of Moses Lake.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Melvin Jones of Warden, Washington, Clem Haney of Moses Lake and Maryann Coykendall of Othello.

Viewing will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m., Monday, May 20, 2013 followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Nelson Road Chapel located at 1849 E. Nelson Rd, Moses Lake, Washington. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Warden.
