The City of Mesa Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing, May 16, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. at Mesa City Hall, 103 Franklin Street, Mesa, WA 99343 to review and recommend amendments to the City of Mesa Comprehensive Plan.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Mesa Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing, May 16, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. at Mesa City Hall, 103 Franklin Street, Mesa, WA 99343 to review and recommend amendments to the City of Mesa Comprehensive Plan.

Amendments proposed to the comprehensive plan include revisions to the land use, housing, transportation, utilities, and capital facilities elements; including, a capital improvement plan.

The purpose for this public hearing will be to receive public comments and views. If you have any comments relating to amendment of the comprehensive plan please attend this meeting or submit your comments to City Hall.

After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file, the City of Mesa, as the SEPA lead agency, has determined this non-project action will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. The city has issued a DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC), which can be obtained from the address shown above. The fourteen (14) day comment period ends May 16, 2013.
