Local bowlers qualify for state

MOSES LAKE - More than 230 bowlers from Eastern Washington gathered together for the Washington State Youth Pepsi Regional Bowling Tournament at Lake Bowl March 23 and 24.
All were competing for the opportunity to move on to the state tournament.
Fifteen local participants ages 7 to 19 made the cut and will be making the trip to Pacific Lanes in Tacoma May 18 and 19. Qualifying for the state tournament were Eriloy Moreno, Mikayla Swanson, Haley Rogers, RJ Koreis, Elijah Mast, Issac Taylor, Danielle Garcia, Maddy Garza, Brandon Duzon, Marcella Wood, Jessica Craig, Breanne Garry, Kayla Enriquez, Ricky Garza, Billy Shestock and Anthony Wood.
Taylor and Duzon placed first in their divisions, and Anthony Wood and Moreno finished second in their divisions.
