CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN, OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE

DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN; WILSON CREEK GRANGE NO. 935:

You are hereby summoned to appear within 60 days after the date of the first publication of

this summons, to wit, within 60 days after the 28th day of March, 2013, and defend the above

entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff Washington

State Grange, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff

Washington State Grange at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do,

judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been

filed with the clerk of said court.

This action is brought forth against Defendants for quiet title to the real property legally

described as: LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4, BLOCK 4, ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF WILSON CREEK,

VOL. 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 22, RECORDS OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
