REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington at Ephrata, Washington until 5:00 P.M. on April 19, 2013 for Professional Services to Provide Customer Information System Implementation and Support Services, as more fully described in Request for Proposals Document 130-3613.

Firms must meet a minimum set of qualifications in order to be considered for evaluation. These qualifications are:

• Must have a license to do business in the State of Washington.

• Must have experience successfully converting from PeopleSoft CIS to Oracle Customer Care and Billing for an electric utility.

• Must be able to provide post implementation support services as well as implementation.
