PROJECT: Vacation of the 10-ft. utility easements centered 5 ft. on each side of the common property lines between Lots 1B and 2A, and between Lots 2B and 3A, and between Lots 3B and 4A, and between Lots 4B and 5A of Moses Pointe Blocks 1 and 2 Final PUD.

Notice is hereby given that a Utility Easement Extinguishment/Alteration application received by Grant County on March 18, 2013 from Centall LLC (Designated Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 N. Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226), was found to be technically complete on March 21, 2013. PROJECT: Vacation of the 10-ft. utility easements centered 5 ft. on each side of the common property lines between Lots 1B and 2A, and between Lots 2B and 3A, and between Lots 3B and 4A, and between Lots 4B and 5A of Moses Pointe Blocks 1 and 2 Final PUD. This proposal also includes the relocation of easements to new property lines. A Boundary Line Adjustment (#1126) is being processed in conjunction with this proposal. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: Utility Locate. LOCATION: The subject area is approximately 0.87 acres in size, and consists of ten (10) existing parcels known as Lots 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, 5A, and 5B of Moses Pointe Blocks 1 and 2 Final PUD. The site address of Lot 1A is 6127 Murray Way NE. The site address of Lot 5B is 6063 Murray Way NE. The subject area is located south of Murray Way NE between the intersection of Quinn Drive NE and Murray Way NE and the intersection of Hedman Ct. NE and Murray Way NE, and approximately 0.20 miles west of the intersection of Westshore Drive NE and Murray Way NE, and in the SW quarter of Section 7, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #12-0683-201, #12-0683-202, #12-0683-203, #12-0683-204, #12-0683-205, #12-0683-206, #12-0683-207, #12-0683-208, #12-0683-209, & #12-0683-210). PRESENT ZONING: Urban Residential 2. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
