Moses Lake AmeriSpec nationally honored

MOSES LAKE - National home inspection services company AmeriSpec recently recognized the owners of its Moses Lake location for their high volume of sales.

Bert and Deb Langshaw received the 2012 President's Achievement Award for tier 2 franchisees during the annual AmeriSpec International Convention held earlier this year in San Diego.

The Langshaws opened the franchise's Moses Lake location in 1995.

The President's Achievement Award goes to the AmeriSpec franchise with the greatest sales increase from year to year in its respective market category, according to an AmeriSpec news release.

"This is an exciting award for us and proves what a great year we had," said Bert Langshaw. "As a company, AmeriSpec had a great year, so to be the fastest growing franchise in our network is really an accomplishment."

AmeriSpec's headquarters are in Memphis, Tenn. The company celebrates 25 years of business this year.
