NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS

AND NOTICE OF SEPA DETERMINATION

Take notice that: Troutlodge, Inc. Winchester Facility at 7252 State Route 283, Ephrata,

WA on February 14, 2013 under Application No. WAG137021 filed for permit to discharge

from its fish hatchery not to exceed 7.5 cfs continuous flow and up to 2 acre-feet consumptive

use of waste, seepage and return flow water each year for upland fin-fish hatching and

rearing.

The source of the proposed discharge is located within Farm Unit 81, Irrigation Block 71,

Columbia Basin Project of Section 28, Township 20 N., Range 25 E.W.M., in Grant County.

The Department of Ecology, as SEPA lead agency for this project, has determined it

will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. The department

has issued a DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE for the project, which can be

obtained from the address shown below.

Protests or objections to approval of this application OR comments on the determination of

non-significance must be filed with the department, at the address shown below, within

thirty (30) days from March 29, 2013.
