PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 86.32 acres in order to create three (3) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on March 07, 2013 from Steven LaPlant (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson of Knudsen Land Survey, P.O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on March 18, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 86.32 acres in order to create three (3) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is approximately 79.97 acres in size and will continue being used for agricultural purposes. Lot 2 is approximately 2.50 acres in size with a residence and shop which will continue to be used for residential purposes. Lot 3 is approximately 4.90 acres having no residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located approximately 12 miles SE of Quincy, WA, on the corner of Road E NW and Road 6 NW in the NE quarter of Section 06, Township 19 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-0273-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
