Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 2/6/13 from Lawrence J. Rogers (Contact: Knudsen Land Surveying, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on 3/12/13. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of 82.86 acres into two lots. Lot 1 will be 77.61 acres and will continue to be used for agriculture and residential use. Lot 2 will be 2.5 acres and will be for residential use. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The address of the project site is 2723 Rd. A NE, Moses Lake, WA, the property is in the SE corner of the intersection of Rd. A NE and Rd. 3 NE. The property is located in a portion of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of S. 20, T. 19 N, R. 27 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #21-1367-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
