Grace M. Shay

Grace M. Shay, 86, passed away on March 5, 2013 in Moses Lake. Grace is survived by her daughter Sharon Shay from Minneapolis, MN. Sons Mike Shay (wife Deb) from Ephrata and William "Bill"(wife Becky) from Moses Lake. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Mike Shay, Tanya Chapman, Tom Shay and Chris Shay along with 16 great grandchildren. Grace was preceded in death by her husband William R Shay, parents Charles and Marie Newstrom, brothers John Newstrom and Chuck Newstrom.

Grace's greatest enjoyment was her family and helping others. She retired from the Warden School District after many years as a bus driver. After the passing of her beloved husband of nearly 60 years she spent her time volunteering for the VFW and the local blood bank. Grace will be deeply missed by those that new and loved her.

Memorial service will be at the St. Martin's Episcopal Church at 416 E Nelson Road in Moses Lake on March 23 at 11 a.m.
