Grace M. Shay, 86, passed away on March 5, 2013 in Moses Lake. Grace is survived by her daughter Sharon Shay from Minneapolis, MN. Sons Mike Shay (wife Deb) from Ephrata and William "Bill"(wife Becky) from Moses Lake. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Mike Shay, Tanya Chapman, Tom Shay and Chris Shay along with 16 great grandchildren. Grace was preceded in death by her husband William R Shay, parents Charles and Marie Newstrom, brothers John Newstrom and Chuck Newstrom.
