Contract No. 2012-226 G (1-1), for the Auto Building HVAC project, Moses Lake, WA, with Apollo Sheet Metal, Inc. DBA Apollo Mechanical Contractors, 1201 West Columbia Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, has been accepted as of March 13, 2013.

The State of Washington, Big Bend Community College, acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, Facilities Division, Engineering & Architectural Services, hereby advises all interested parties that Contract No. 2012-226 G (1-1), for the Auto Building HVAC project, Moses Lake, WA, with Apollo Sheet Metal, Inc. DBA Apollo Mechanical Contractors, 1201 West Columbia Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, has been accepted as of March 13, 2013.

The lien period for filing any liens against this contract’s retained percentage is now in effect. Any liens filed after April 27, 2013 shall be filed as not valid.
