An ordinance amending Chapter 13.12 of the City of Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Rates”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which clarifies language in Section 13.12.055, Joint Charging.

This ordinance, which was passed on March 12, 2013 will be in force five days after publication.
