An ordinance creating Chapter 8.27 of the City of Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Cost Recovery”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes the fees to recover the cost of services provided by the city related to motor vehicle accidents or collisions, motor vehicle fires, motor vehicles extrications, and hazardous materials pills or discharges.

This ordinance, which was passed on March 12, 2013 will be in force five days after publication.
