Availability of Environmental Documents

Aspect Consulting, representing - Stemilt Ag Services, 23 S. Mission Street - Suite B, Wenatchee, WA 98801 is proposing a project that consists of the construction of one (1) lined 90-acre foot reservoir on an existing developed orchard to support frost protection and cooling operations associated with the orchard. Construction involves grading earthwork volumes of approximately 50,000 cubic yards and disturbance of approximately 9-acres. No export of material to offsite locations is anticipated. The project also includes the construction of a conveyance pipeline in support of the reservoir. Said property is located in Section 12, Township 10 North, Range 32 East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington, near the intersections of Page and McClenny Roads in Franklin County. Environmental documents, mitigation measures, building plans, site plans, and other materials pertinent to the proposed project are available for review at the Franklin County Planning and Building Department, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301. A Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) was issued on the 8th day of March 2013. Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013, at which time the MDNS will become final.
