NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by: Dave Greeno, 12406 Eagle Reach Ct, Pasco, WA 99301 for a zoning designation change, ZC 2013-01.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by: Dave Greeno, 12406 Eagle Reach Ct, Pasco, WA 99301 for a zoning designation change, ZC 2013-01.

Said application is to rezone approximately 30.21 acres of land from Residential Suburban 40,000 (RS-40) to Residential Suburban 20,000 (RS-20). The land is located in the City of Pasco Urban Growth Area Boundary and is designated for low density residential development in the City of Pasco Urban Area Comprehensive Plan.

The proposal is to extend city water service (from Road 100 along Burns Road) to the Kohler Road area to allow connection for domestic use, fire protection, and the ability to develop new lots with a minimum lot size of 1/2 acre in size in the future.

The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Parcel Number 126-150-058: Portion of the SW Quarter of the NW Quarter of the SE Quarter of Section 1, Township 9 North, Range 28 East, WM Franklin County, WA and,

Parcel Number 126-150-076: Portion of the North Half of the NW Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 9 North, Range 28 East, WM Franklin County, WA.

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The 30.21 acres (approximate) is located north of Burns Road along the east side of Kohler Road in the Pasco Urban Growth Area Boundary (Parcel.Numbers 126-150-076 and 126-150-058).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on April 9, 2013 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application.
