Franklin County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Civil and Structural Engineering services for a bridge replacement project.

The consultant shall provide bridge design services for the demolition and replacement of current structure with a concrete girder bridge. The design shall include, but is not limited to, bridge railing, approach guardrail, bridge approaches, drainage, and finish grades. The project shall be designed to current State, County, AASHTO and LFRD standards. The Consultant shall also be responsible for all geotechnical investigations and NEPA/ECS documentation.

All firms are hereby advised that compliance with local, state and federal requirements for Equal Employment Opportunities is required.

Interested firms may review the RFQ packet posted on the Franklin County Public Works Web Site at http://www.co.franklin.wa.us/public_works/index.html. Specific questions may be submitted to Matt Rasmussen, County Engineer at the address below.

Statements of Qualifications must be received at the Franklin County Public Works Office, 3416 Stearman Ave, Pasco WA no later than 4:00 PM on Friday March 29, 2013.
