Cody Hall, the Marketing Manager has been with ServiceMaster for 1.5 years. Halls background is in Sales/Marketing. He is in charge of Agent Marketing and Residential Advertising. Hall is certified with the State of Washington to teach continuing education classes. Classes are taught on a monthly basis.

Matt Kohl is a full time Estimator. He has been working for ServiceMaster Clean for 7 years and has been in the industry for over 8 years. Kohl prepares estimates for the insurance companies along with organization of the drying numbers. Kohl's is IICRC Certified.

Elisha Gessele is the Operations Manager. Elisha has been with SerivieMaster Clean for 7 years. Gessele is in charge of day to day operations. This includes scheduling crews to job site, dispatching emergency teams and customer and agent follow up to name a few. Elisha is IICRC Certified and also has an Applied Structural Drying certification from Dri-eaz.

Howard Homesley is the Owner of the company.

Kim Van-Lathem is our front line. Kim has been with ServiceMaster for over 2 years. She is our Residential Cleaning Manager. She handles Residential Carpet Cleaning from scheduling to billing. Kim has been married for 20yrs and had 4 daughters.

Kitty Bird is our facilitator. She has been working with ServiceMaster for 6 years. When we need something schedule or setup she gets it done from schedule our crews to scheduling plumbers and electricians. Kitty is a single mom of a 9 years
