Homesley Construction Inc. and ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration HC/SM are full service general contractors specializing in disaster related; mitigation, cleaning and reconstruction. Should you experience a disaster – whether it is due to a fire, smoke, water, sewage, odor, mold, or wind damage we can assist you and return your life to normalcy by restoring your property to its pre-loss condition as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves as entrusted stewards of what has been placed before us in conjunction with a commitment to doing a good job and bringing value to our work. We truly have a passion for the process of building and restoration.
Howard & Darci Homesley have been married for 20 years and have three children (Jessica, Tyler and Rylee). After completing their education, they began their career in construction and restoration garnering several years of experience. Through their tenure they have been afforded the opportunity to work in all facets of the company. Both Darci and Howard credit their parents for their entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and commitment to quality and integrity. Together, these form the foundation of their character and their business. "My mom encouraged me and taught me to love people. My dad taught me discipline and raised me in the farming industry," Darci says.
Howard got his start in construction in 1990 working for a custom home builder. In 1993 Howard & Darci founded Homesley Construction and entered into the custom home and remodeling market. The couple have owned and operated it continuously since then. Homesley Construction Inc. was incorporated in 1998 and began to switch its focus to Restoration Construction; serving the needs of families and business, those who had suffered unexpected damage and were in need of a construction company that could respond quickly with the required expertise.
When the local ServiceMaster franchise became available in March of 2000: Howard & Darci recognized it as a natural extension of their growing restoration business. ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration is an independently owned franchise licensed to operate in Grant, Adams and Lincoln counties. In 2003 the business expanded again with the opening of a location in Wenatchee WA to serve our customers in Chelan, Douglas and Okanagan counties.
Today HC/SM has over 20 full time employees and a team of specialized sub-contractors and vendors who adhere to the high standards our customers deserve. No job is too small for our personalized service and with our experience networking with other ServiceMaster franchises no job, literally, is too big. HC/SM’s takes pride in being “easy to do business with” and delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
