Your Business In Our Qualified Hands

Commercial_Disaster_RestorationCommercial losses vary in complexity and size; but regardless, all have the same need for immediate recovery and return to pre-loss condition.  Minimizing "Business Interruption" must be the mantra of all serious commercial restoration professionals.  With ServiceMaster Clean we continue to maintain this standard of service as a necessity to our industry.  Drawing from over 50 years of experience and leadership, ServiceMaster Clean is a highly trained, well qualified machine in the disaster restoration industry.

The commercial or "Large Loss Restoration Industry" is made up of a very small network of individuals.  They all seek the same customer relationships and are differentiated by response capabilities, project management skills, invoicing integrity, effective communications and their ability to provide a "single source solution" to the customer.  The characteristics that help us to rise above our competition in commercial response are largely due to our individual qualifications distinguishing the standard of service we provide to our customers.

Our certifications include the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) which helps monitor our educational training standards and keeps us up to date on industry changes. A.M.S.A. the (American Moving and Storage Association) as well as the R.A.M. program aka Regional Account Manager.  The R.A.M. program is how we serve our clients throughout Washington State by coordinating with other qualified ServiceMaster franchises in the area and pooling our resources to serve our clients better.

No job too small or too large for ServiceMaster Clean

Did you know that ServiceMaster Clean responded to the task of cleaning one of the largest buildings in our country?  Imagine a network that can mobilize to meet your needs, and have the quality of service that exceeds your expectations.   After flight 77 struck the Pentagon on September 11th, 2001, ServiceMaster Clean was called to action.  The task of restoring the aftermath was entrusted to the hands of over 300 ServiceMaster Clean employees, who literally worked around the clock in 12-hour shifts to clean the 17 miles of affected hallways and offices.  As ServiceMaster responded immediately to the task of getting our very country back in business, it became apparent that we're not just another cleaning company, but specialized restoration professionals ready to respond the instant we are needed.

  6. Any honest carpet cleaning company should be able to give you an exact price quote over the telephone. WE WISH THIS WERE TRUE BUT IT ISN'T Factors in determining the price quote include:
    1. The type of carpet. Certain types of carpet are harder to clean then others.
    2. The amount of soiling. Carpet that hasn't been cleaned for ten years will take longer to clean than carpet cleaned six months ago.

Remember that the best time to clean up most spots and spills is right after they occur. Using the proper ServiceMaster Clean® product, follow the techniques below. Be sure to pretest a small area to make sure that the fabric will not bleed or get damaged during treatment. Contact us to find out which product will work best for you!

  1. If liquid, blot up as much as possible with a clean cloth.
  2. If the material is dry, loosen residue with the dull edge of a knife or spatula. Scrape or vacuum up as much of the residue as you can.
  3. Dampen clean cloth with the proper cleaning agent for the particular kind of spot.
  4. Blot area gently, working from the outer edge to the center of the spot. Turn the cloth frequently so you are always using a clean area.
  5. Repeat this process until the spot is removed or until you no longer have a transfer spot on your cloth. Be careful not to get the carpet excessively wet.
  6. Blot the spot with water. Blot any excess moisture.
  7. Align the carpet pile. Protect the area from any traffic and allow to dry.
