Availability of Environmental Documents

Storage Systems Southwest, Inc. (Representing - Allied Potato Northwest, Inc.), 900 Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336 is proposing a project that consists of the construction of one (1) potato storage facility that is approximately 31,800 + square feet in size (150’ x 200’ and 40’ x 45’). This project is located within the General Industrial (I-2) Zoning District off of Glade North Road on a 14.22 acre site, just north of the City of Pasco. Said property is located in Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington - Parcel Number 124-250-193. Environmental documents, mitigation measures, building plans/site plans, and other materials pertinent to the proposed project are available for review at the Franklin County Planning and Building Department, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301. A Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) was issued on the 28th day of February 2013. Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013 at which time the MDNS will become final.
