His most favorite thing to do was Ballroom dancing with his wife, Kathy. They both taught Ballroom dancing, it was one of their many joys.

He married his Eternal Sweetheart and Soul Mate, Kathy on May 28, 2004 and they were later sealed in the Boise, Idaho Temple, May 24, 2008.

Gary was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and held many positions and was so loved by all he served.

Gary developed a Glioblastomamultiforme 2 ? years ago. Because of the cancer he moved with his sweetheart back to Utah so they could be closer to family. The cancer took his life (too soon) from his loved ones on his birthday, February 28, 2013. Gary was preceded in death by his parents and grandson Braydon.
