The Housing Authority of Grant County is requesting sealed bids for multiple projects:

Public Housing (PH): Remove and replace insulation with mold remediation and installing ventilation in 9 Units, scattered in four cities located in Grant County, WA

Public Housing (PH): Partial removal of current roofing system with mold remediation and installing new roofing system with ventilation in 3 Units located in Quincy and 1 unit in Moses Lake, WA; Mold remediation & ventilation in 1 unit in Quincy, WA and for a complete removal of current roofing system with mold remediation and installing complete new roofing system on 1 unit located in Royal City, WA

Bid packages are available at 1139 Larson Blvd., Moses Lake, WA, or by calling Tami Torrey at (509) 762-5541.

All bids over $25,000 must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified cashier’s check made payable to Housing Authority of Grant County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Cost of bonds must be included in the bid price.

This project is subject to Davis Bacon Wage Rates. There will be a bid walk through on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. This will be a joint bid walk, time and location is listed in the projects bid package.

Bids for the PH 9 unit project must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name no later than 2:30 p.m., March 21, 2013. Bids for the PH 6 unit project must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name no later than 3:00 p.m., March 21, 2013. No facsimiles will be accepted.

The Housing Authority has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularities in the bids.
