Saint Laurent Winery presently owns and operates a small production winery that discharges wastewater to the City of Quincy Wastewater Treatment Plant. Saint Laurent Winery submitted a request for cancellation of their State Waste Discharge Permit on February 6, 2013 due to a cease of operations.

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 90.48.190 Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and Chapter 173-216-130 Washington Administrative Code (WAC), Ecology is proposing to cancel the permit and is hereby issuing public notice of its intent. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed permit cancellation. All comments must be submitted within 30 days after publication of this notice.
