Proposals will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington at Beverly, Washington until 3:00 P.M. PST on March 27, 2013 for Professional Electrical Engineering Support for Studies and Design as more fully described in Request for Proposal Document RFP 430-3581.
